Engagement
Research and real-world experience teach us that employee engagement is quite different than employee happiness. An engaged employee is one who relishes the work she is doing and the organization she is doing it for. She feels a part of the organization’s mission and understands her role within it. She is the employee who proudly wears the company logo outside of work. She makes sure her team and peers are also engaged at work. The engaged employee is often your ideal employee.
In today’s environment, getting employee engagement is critical to an organization’s success. Extensive research has shown that an organization with more actively engaged individuals outperform those with lesser engagement by over 35 percent.
At Kushner & Company, we’ve worked with many organizations on increasing employee engagement and implemented strategies and tactics to do so.
