IRS Form 5500 Services

Both the Department of Labor (DOL) and the IRS require that certain retirement plans file an annual 5500 form outlining a plan’s operation and compliance items. This is a requirement of most all qualified retirement plans, and failure to properly file a complete return can result in significant penalties.

Kushner & Company can assist an employer in both cleaning up past unfiled returns through the DOL’s Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVCP), as well as with filing current 5500 forms electronically, as is now required, with the federal government.

Kushner & Company can assist you by preparing and electronically filing the necessary Form 5500s on an annual basis, or for those that have not filed properly in the past can clean up the issues through the federal government’s Delinquent Filer Voluntary Compliance Program (DFVCP).
