New Employer Options for Health FSA Carryover

In what is one of the largest changes to ever hit Flexible Spending Accounts, the IRS issued guidance on October 31, 2013 that employers could now choose to allow employees to carryover up to $500 of unused Health FSA balance from one year to the next.
